Neil Watson recently moved from Saffron Walden to Wivenhoe to embark on semi-retirement. His new flat has no garden, so as an alternative open space, Neil had a dream that he might one day be able to sit among his pot plants on a boat’s deck. This blog tells the story of his attempt to make that dream a reality.
